Everyone (current or potential clients and their carers) have the right to access interpreter services to access Family Life’s services.

Translation language services

Family Life services can be provided via the use of an accredited interpreter or translator. This translator service is provided via the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) and can be accessed via phone or onsite at Family Life and is available in over 150 languages. If you need an interpreter to make an inquiry to access one of Family Life’s services please contact TIS National on 131 450 and ask them to call Family Life on 03 8599 5433.

TIS National can provide immediate phone interpreting services to assist your call to Family Life to determine if our services are right for you. There is no cost to you for this service.
